Thank you to STOP CRIM for replacing our security screen door with an amazing new Vision Guard screen door. Our old one was well and truly past its used by date. We were sold a door years ago and we were told it was marine grade mesh and would not rust. As you can see we were lied to. Excellent quality doors with a very quick turnaround time from order to install. 3 lock points on each door for added security, can see out but not in. Highly recommend.

***STAY AWAY FROM HERE*** Terrible customer service, always promising to attend but ends up being a no show with no response. Will fit the wrong door and then delay the process even further. Came back to fit a door that wasn’t even secured properly with the triple lock. Didn’t tell me until after door was installed and demanded full payment of the service, promising to come back to fix it up and secure it properly. That was August and it is still unsecured. Countless calls ended with "I’ll come sort it out" but as always, get stood up. When you call him out on it, there’s always an excuse. If you like to pay full price for a headache, Brett is your guy! I would not recommend him and his company to anyone. Waste of my time and money and it is worth paying more to go with someone else.

Had a security door installed by this company in September.I have rung Brett 14 times asking for the faulty barrel cylinder to be fixed. He did turn up once , when we were not at home but didn't even ring to say he was coming.And now it's December no Brett, no show,no bloody good. Anyway I told my friend who is building 8 units in Mooroolbark NOT to get this company to install 16 security doors and flyscreens. He has since used another company.

I was looking for security doors for a new build. I had Stop Crim refered to me by Bradnam's who installed my windows. Brett gave me a very competitive price and within a week it was ready to be installed. I was told that Rodney would arive around 10am and it would take 1hr to install the 3 doors. They were right on time and it took him right on an hour to complete the job. Very impressed with the service. They look great. Thanks once again

I would not even tell my worst enemy to use these guys, we have had nothing but problems since the install of 3 security doors. Have asked Brett to come back and have a look at them at least 5 times only to be told he would come the next week and then never heard back. Eventually bit the bullet and called RAM locksmiths who were amazing and went above and beyond and even fixed STOP CRIM stuff ups. I only gave 1 star because I had too.
