Very disappointed in Glen and absolute lack of service. We contacted Glen on purchase of property he installed securty service to. He came on 20/6/23 & advised 6 months guarantee left he thought & would send info. Nothing received. Calls & text to advise gate intercom not working 4/10/23. Asked if under warranty no reply. Came out 23/10 said could not fix Hikvision bell/intercom & would think about a solution & come back. He also managed to disable the internal videocom whilst here. Have called & emailed several times since & no reply. Asked if he could send me some support info to at least get internal system active. Nothing! We now have no bell or way of remotely unlocking gate, no video at gate & no videocoms working internally! Not happy as he charged a fortune for what he did!! We have had other providers at homes over time & no one as bad as him!! Glen obviously does not care about after sales service once he has his money!
