Fox Eye Vision Ai Smart Security Systems

I recommend Fox Eye Vision after the installation of 8-camera security system. Atal, Bashir and other installers were punctual for meetings and the installation day. I have now had around 8 months of usage living with the installation and am satisfied with the quality of the product and installation setup. Fox Eye Vision have provided good value for money and professionally performed the work. The phone app XMEye has been user-friendly and, in my opinion feature rich. There have been occasions when access via the app was offline; however, the solution is to power off the NBN and router, then power on these to remedy the offline status. The alarm sound method is not my preferred method when the alarm sound turns on for a few seconds, then turns off for a while, then turns on again for a few seconds before turning off again. Have liked the event snapshot feature for efficient notification of any intrusions. The video quality has been good when watching playback.

I was looking for an upgrade for my current CCTV system, called Fox Eye Vision and had Atal visit within hours to have a look. We chatted about it and decided to go with the system he recommended. A few days later it was installed. The installers were punctual right on time ( rare these days) ! They were quick, polite and efficient. Job done by lunchtime. This is the second time we have used Atal and his team at Fox Eye vision for system installation at our home. On this occasion we had chosen to upgrade our system, as camera quality and technology have moved on since the original job 7 years ago. This was again a seamless experience with communication and reliability of the highest quality. The new 8MP camera system is amazing, and the new screen (more compact) and app to run from the phone really easy and intuitive to use. Time was spent with Bashir on the day going through its use and functions patiently. The job was completed within 4 days of our initial contact and really satisfied with the outcome.

Atel is one of the best tradesman i have meet, he was very professional, informative, suggestive and very helpful when it comes to quality using only the latest and greatest Tech on the market.
