I cannot recommend or praise this company enough. Their wonderful staff came to our immediate aid when faced with an emergency . They had no hesitation in coming to help us and all their staff, esp. Ian, Steve, Lisa & Nick were incredibly helpful, respectful and so polite. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!

We requested Ben’s help with a locked door at 3am Sunday morning. He arrived after 15 minutes, was kind and professional. Had the door open in 30 seconds. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service to anyone in Darwin. Excellent customer service

Absolutely saved the day! I can’t say enough good things about this locksmith. We are very happy with the service provided by Darwin Lock and Key. The gentleman who attended to our locks and replacement keys arrived promptly, addressed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, polite and behaved in a professional manner.

Went online to get a quote for getting a spare key cut. They were fast at calling me back quoting $160- $220. I gave the cars make, model and Vin. I then went in the next day with the nice lady at the desk (This is why it's a two star due to her friendly customer service) looking confused stating that they don't do those keys but they have new machines so maybe. Photocopied the key and I gave her my details. A few hours later the same bloke I spoke to said it was my fault I didn't tell him it was a push start and asked me to go to Nissan to get the key then he would link it? Why on earth would I come back to you? I reached out to a mate who actually won best young locksmith of the year a few years ago and he told me with the provided information the locksmith was just lazy as all locksmiths have a thing called CarLab which would have all the information needed and stating it would have been a push start. I'll be reaching out to other locksmiths to get this key cut due to the laziness and misquote with all the information provided.
