Elk security done a great job setting up our security and audio visual in our gym when we opened. After almost 2yrs of operation we still get quality service and support 24hrs a day. I highly recommend Elk and their staff.

ELK has been incredibly personal and attentive for such a large company. From the very beginning, I’ve felt supported and that my needs were genuinely understood. Their follow-up service is always excellent. I recently had a minor issue with a fan in the NVR. After calling the office, I received a return call within 30 minutes, and a technician was scheduled to visit within two days. They reassured me that the system would remain fully operational in the meantime. The issue was fixed within 30 minutes, and I was provided with a clear statement outlining the work carried out. I couldn’t recommend ELK more highly for any commercial business.
