MySpy security– what a company. I drove past their factory by pure chance. Had never heard of them in my life. On a whim, I drove in. Best decision I made. I ended up having a solid 20-minute conversation where I explained exactly what I wanted, how I wanted it, and the small detail that I wanted it yesterday. To be clear, this was a Friday afternoon around 3 p.m., two weeks before Christmas. Realistically, no one is promising miracles at that time of year. They were upfront, professional, and didn’t overpromise. And yet, despite the timing and the urgency, they delivered. By Monday at 1 p.m., I had everything fully set up and operational across two sites. Let that sink in. From a walk-in conversation to full deployment in one working day, during the busiest part of the year. That’s not luck. That’s competence. The level of professionalism was outstanding. Communication was clear, solutions were practical, and execution was fast. What really stood out was that even the owner of the business was personally involved to make sure my order was satisfied properly. You don’t see that often anymore. I’ve had an excellent and very professional experience from Belinda and the team of Myspy Security. As site break ins and theft very common today having a security system to monitor the jobsite and deter criminal activity. I had absolutely no problems and also the bonus of checking that the tradesman have turned up has been an added bonus. This business has potentially saved me thousands of dollars from a small monthly fee. Belinda was always very helpful and prompt answearing my calls and giving me advice or answering my questions. What an incredible experience. Our builder went into administration and My Spy was the greatest part of the whole experience. They were prompt, fairly priced and exceptional customer service. The team and the service made my partner and I feel at ease during this anxious time. I could not recommend them enough. The app and set up was a breeze and any issues were dealt with very quickly. Use this team for any site camera needs!!!

I highly recommend MySpy Security. Our builder went into administration Feb 2023 and we opted for the Boss Unit which we were able to access via our mobiles. We have only just had the unit removed today as we've since moved into our home. We caught the faces of people who broke into our half built home who stole a cutlery tray (as there was literally nothing else to take) and a builder doing next doors driveway who dumped a wheelbarrow of wet cement onto our property (which he later had to remove after I contacted that builder with video evidence). It was also great to use the camera to see what works were happening at our home instead of driving out every other day to see progress. The times I had to contact MySpy, everyone was very friendly, helpful and would answer my query so I never had to follow up.

We engaged My Spy after our building site was burgled. They had the cameras installed quickly, we chose two given the size of our property. The cameras helped us catch people creeping around our property in the middle of the night. They also helped us catch a dodgy tradie who ran into our house with his car, and tried to deny that it was him. We were able to pull the footage within minutes and hold him accountable for paying for the damages. We would certainly use My Spy again.

Belinda and the Team were very helpful and supportive in setting up to view camera on your phone. Control room service was well worth it and assisted keep the property safe for many months , would highly recommend
