I had a very disappointing experience with the security guard at Carasol Strike Playing. The guard was unprofessional, unhelpful, and displayed a rude attitude towards customers. Instead of maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, the guard seemed more interested in arguing and showing authority without reason. His lack of courtesy and poor behavior left a very negative impression, and it ruined what should have been an enjoyable visit. Management should seriously look into training or replacing staff like this, as such service does not reflect well on the venue.

486 albert st, the female concierge working at the front desk was really very rude. It was really uncomfortable talking to her at the first place.she was arrogant and trying to be a smart ass. Of course she is not. Please dont hire these type of concierge people which can not even provide customer service which they are actually meant to do.

Your staff at the NAB branch at 330 Collins are great. They are more helpful and professional than the NAB staff on the floor.

Terrible service. Very unprofessional. The gender discrimination is next level, I would not recommend to any business. Our experience was at strike bowling and we are all extremely disappointed.

I host a Festival and Fun Run in Mount Eliza. Executive Security Solutions have provided security cover overnight for the past 8 years. In that time they have supported us amazingly keeping our event space and property safe. Recommend!!

I have been a residential alarm monitoring customer with this company for many years. Not sure why I have stayed with them so long to be honest... I should have left years ago. Over the years there have been ongoing issues with billing. I had direct debit set up with them but I was rarely billed. I was frequently having to ring them up to get them to take payment and so I could confirm I was still a customer and still being monitored... They changed their billing system to something called a Pinch Payments system or similar and it was no better. I had to keep chasing some employee of theirs called Danny to make sure they billed me when ever a few months went past and they hadn't. I was happy to not have to pay but I was constantly worried that they weren't monitoring my premises any more since I wasn't getting billed. Imagine running a company where you aren't being paid by your customers. Seems a strange business model to me. The straw that broke the camel's back for me and made me cancel with them was an alarm activation at my house in September. Two neighbours rang me to advise of the alarm activation and Executive Security finally got around to ringing me around 20 minutes after my neighbours had. Very disappointing response time. Then when I asked where the activation was I was told by the control room it was a "perimeter sensor" which is something I don't even have. I have two reed switches on two garage doors and the rest are internal movement sensors. When I questioned them more and told them that couldn't be right they then said it was "zone 6". I asked them what area "zone 6" related to and they said they didn't have that information. I told them they did have that information because I did a walk through and a zone activation when I signed up with them and all the zones were named and recorded. They looked further and were finally able to tell me it was a hallway sensor that had activated. Absolutely useless with their slow response time and inability to advise me where the activation was. If I could give them a zero star rating I would have - one star is far too kind. My suggestion to any possible customers is to proceed with caution. My experience has been very disappointing.
