Ana is without doubt one of the most talented and organised people I have met. Nothing is too much trouble. She efficiently runs our concierge desk and is across everything that happens in our building. Even though there are a large number of residents, she treats everyone individually and supports their particular needs. I can’t thank her and her team enough for their efforts.

I recently met Ana through the Rumbalara Residencies in Gosford. From my first point of contact on the phone to actually meeting her face to face I felt I was very much in safe hands. My experience from Ana is fantastic. She was help me with my access card. This is very helpful for me. I was try to contact the site manager many times but it hard for me I can’t leave my work place during the day time reception desk open. It been a month I couldn’t fix this issue. Finally Ana was there last Friday she helped me to fix this I was explain to her exactly what happen we. I just want to say thank you Ana for your helped. it safe my life I can say it. Ana from the Rex is the most helpful and organised concierge. She knows everything about our building and keeps control of a big building and lots of people with friendliness and efficiency.
