My new door is so wonderful. It was a leap of faith to get this ordered but I’m thankful every day that I did it. Comes with excellent features I didn’t even know I needed. Soft close, triple lock. And the team were wonderful. Now I’m safe and have real peace of mind!!

I purchased a new crimsafe front door and sliding door. The process to get a salesquote was very easy and prompt. The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. The door took about 3 weeks after that to be installed. Installation took about an hour. I love the doors and they work perfectly. I highly recommend.

Very happy with my crimsafe doors, great product, and worth the price. The team at my security door were great, really informative and got the doors installed with ease. My only feedback would be for them to clarify in advance that they were leaving the old doors behind. This came as a surprise and something I needed to get rid of ASAP. I also wasn’t aware that they would not patch up the existing holes and leave some of the screws and brackets behind from the old doors. Would have been good to be informed of this in advance so I could organise the trades.

Impressed with the service from start to finish. Salesperson was friendly and knowledgable, installation was arranged within the quoted timeframe and the installer was efficient and cleaned up after the installation. We are enjoying the breeze coming through our new front door.

Fabulous staff, friendly, knowledgeable and we are very happy with our Crimsafe door installation. We were not in a rush, happy to wait the few weeks for delivery and installation. We painted the door in the meantime! Now, we are getting the walls painted. Very happy with the monument grey colour.
