10/10! Fantastic customer service, great installation. After some problems with my speaker installation that lead to accidental damage, Brian compensated with a new stereo head unit. Absolute legend and top bloke with great service, highly recommend for all your car accessory needs!
Car Radio installer couldn't get sound on my new radio. I took the new radio out and put the old radio in. Same problem. I took my car to Big Brother Security after a friend recommendation. Brian pulled the radio out, even pulled steering wheel apart. He found there was an incorrect wiring issues - fixed the problem plus he sorted out the steering wheel control. Everything now works 100%. First time in 12 months my car steering controls using radio & phone are working plus. Much safer now chanring radio volume or station as I can now just click up or down on my steering control. Brian spent 15 or minutes explaining how everything works now. Absolutely amazing job. Thank you Brian.
After taking my car there I wouldnt take it anywhere else. Brian is the owner and also the one working on the car. With a lifetime of experience in the industry you know your car is in good hands. I was hesitant to get my $100k plus car worked on but very happy with his service and expertise, nice guy too. Thanks heaps

Heavily recommend big brother security, they fitted an immobiliser system to my old hilux surf. One day turn around and I am really happy with how it turned out, they even wired it to the interior lights. Gave me a full run down on how it works and how to disable it. Couldn’t recommend more. Cheers
