I recently purchased a monitored Bosch Solution 6000 Alarm System from Prestige Alarms and I am extremely happy with the result. Wayne gave me a very competitive quote and was most helpful and patient with my requests. I ultimately chose Prestige Alarms not only for the quoted price but for the fact that they are a local company. A big shout-out to Sanjay and his offsider for their excellent work and attention to detail when installing the system. I rate my customer-experience with the company very highly as they met all of my expectations. I highly recommend Prestige Alarms to anyone considering purchasing an alarm system.
Just had a wonderful experience with this company. Rang looking for help with a Bosch house alarm installed in 2007 by someone else (who is no longer in business). Kelly offered help over the phone, said a tech would ring me back which he did within 15 minutes and problem solved. And all at no charge. Based on this experience, I couldn't recommend Prestige Alarms highly enough.
Not happy with this service at all. I bought a house just over a year ago, with no handover from previous owner. It had a security system installed by prestige alarms. There were stickers on the windows and the alarm box. So my first thought is to contact the installer to have the system reset, checked. I was informed all cameras were fakes. I've left them up as a deterrent until I got a new system. Today I found out they are not fake and wired into my to my home.This could have been rectified, however the guy who said they were fake. Tried to put it back on me. I don't feel secure by this security company and its poor attitude towards my home security issue. This is not about money but extremely poor service. I cannot speak highly enough of Prestige Alarms. Totally professional and competent from start to finish. And the cheapest quote I could find in my area. Highly recommended.
Had them out to check an alarm for me the response : "Suggested finding the company who installed it" and then a bill for $242.00 for doing nothing
I am waiting for password from last 5 days but no response. They suppose to send me email as I reminded them but no response at all. I will never use them again.
