Battery Installation. Joe was very helpful organising the project, kept me informed of progress with supply. (Was about a month waiting for supply of batteries.) On day of installation Joe and Rob worked diligently to complete the job without any fuss. I am very pleased with the batteries and look forward to contributing to the reduction of global warming.

Terrible experience. Won’t return emails or calls. Won’t solve problems. We have a domestic solar and battery installed. Satellite Solar hasn’t provided an app to monitor our usage nor do we have any arrangement to export power for the rebate tariff.

From start to finish this company was exceptional! Mike Russell came out to our house and took the time to explain the whole process of savings expected and the installation schedule. The guys and gal were punctual on the day of installation and very professional as well as polite. Late afternoon , the weather took a turn for the worse but they battled on in the rain to finish it. A bit wet, they still took the time to explain the system and how to shut it off etc! They cleaned up everything and there was no rubbish left on site. The staff in their office that that I dealt with were also very efficient and polite. Great job and thanks again, Jon R

Everything went smoothly from the moment I met Raul. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and helpful with any of the questions that I had concerning Solar. I also have to commend his technicians for doing a great job. Also the office staff were very helpful as well, very prompt in returning any of my emails. I would recommend this company.
