Extremely Rude and Unprofessional Service I called this automotive locksmith and spoke to someone named Scott. I began explaining the issue I was having, and before I could finish, he abruptly said, "Alright, goodbye." Confused, I asked, "Wait, what?" — to which he snapped back, "Well if you know so much you can just fix the problem yourself." I was genuinely shocked by how dismissive and rude he was. I wasn’t being argumentative or demanding — just trying to describe the issue so I could get help. Instead, I was met with sarcasm and attitude. If you’re looking for respectful, professional service, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Absolutely wonderful. Was patient on the phone and talked my mum and I through how to move the door lock mechanism that was in the locked position to open position so we could shut both passenger side doors of our car.

Scott was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind when he help me and my Grandma. 10/10, will definitely go with SAS locksmiths in the future

Had a complicated electrical problem with our VW Eos that was a challenge to both identify and find a resolution. Initially taken to VW who did what they could for an older car but still could not fix. They recommended Scott at SAS who further worked the problem and in time managed to get the car back on the road.
