Good price, prompt delivery. Great staff that go above what you expect. Dropped hardware off on Friday night so I could get a start on a job Saturday morning.

Bought two locks for a colorbond fence/gate. Now one of them can't be locked. Have phoned twice about this and was told someone would call in and fix it or at least advise us what to do. I am happy to pay for that. I installed them and it is possible that I have done something wrong but it was working for several months. I am reluctant to buy another lock from another company because the holes drilled into the posts etc will not likely suit. I will remove the lock and take it in but if this was required why wasn't this told to me in the first place? I have bought materials from Kenwalls in the past and was very pleased with them, as such I bought the locks with confidence.

Had an super lovely experience with Kenwalls!! So knowledgeable, kind and passionate about their services. It made the whole process easier on attaining resources I have no clue about ☺️

Quick easy and affordable definitely recommend

Complete waste of my time. Service was good prior to receiving payment then extremely poor. Goods were supposed to take 1 week to arrive then turned into 8 weeks for everything to arrive. Ended up getting a refund.

Rubbish customer service. I’ve been chasing for a quote since December no one has bother responding to my email and when I called they promised someone would call me back. When I called to follow up they said they couldn’t quote on install. What an absolute joke of a company. The female staff I spoke to was extremely rude and condescending.

Kenwalls staff are knowledgeable, however the attention to detail in orders has dropped terribly over the last few years. Ordered several items and paid upfront, and they advised to expect a call in a few days when ready. Received the call, went in. The order was missing half the items. So they tell us to come back tomorrow for the rest. We call the following day, and they’re still missing parts. They say they’ll deliver it, but they still don’t deliver the full order! If you can spend time chasing Kenwalls for your order, go for it, but would recommend shopping elsewhere.
