The guys from Rapid Roof were great to deal with from start to finish. When they initially inspected the roof, they stepped me through various solutions and costs. I chose to have the whole roof replaced. Communications through the install was very good as I made a few late changes. The guys on site were great - always happy to explain what they were doing, very approachable. After the job the quality assurance was excellent. They made sure it was exactly what I expected. Very happy I went with these guys.

Their work has been spotless and constantly meets high standards. There was never any instance of work needing to be rectified. The price for each of the project was reasonable. All jobs were completed on schedule and the cleanup afterwards was perfect. The owner Scott is very honest, reliable and trustworthy. The first time we used Rapid Roof Solutions was in March 2023. RRS repaired and replaced the tile roof of our block of units in Ascot. The units were old and repair job was complex. Many companies reported its beyond their capabilities or quoted astronomical prices. Scott was able to complete the job at very reasonable price and the problem was resolved perfectly and no further problems since till this day. Scott responded to the reports of suspected roof leaks in our properties located in Woolloongabba, South Brisbane, he responded quickly and spent the time to get on the roof and did proper inspection. Scott honestly responded when there was no issues with the roof and at times when the issues was able to be addressed with silicone Scott fixed the issue without charging us, it was very much appreciated. The other roofers organized by the property manager quoted expensive price without looking at the roof. Scott’s integrity is much appreciated. Rapid Roof Solutions completely replaced the asbestos roof of our unit block in West End. The job was completed efficiently and perfectly. The project was complex with many components. Scott managed the multiple moving components with efficiency and competence. Scott communicated and requested permission for validation promptly. Scott resolved electrical issues arose promptly and gave us the choice of electrician. We appreciate the respect shown to us. The asbestos was removed with full compliance with regulations and with minimal impact on tenants. We were very satisfied with the job. Two weeks ago Scott repaired the roof leak in the roof of one unit in Ascot. Scott fixed the issue perfectly and only charged us $100. Due to the established reliability we told Scott to fix the problem immensely and there is no need to give us a quote first. The contractor organized independently by the property manager quoted $4,800 without getting on the roof, and included many unnecessary repairs. RRS has demonstrated honesty and integrity. I would recommend Scott and RRS for any roofing job to anyone.
