The assessor was polite, knowledgeable, thorough, well-informed, explained what needed to be done in plain language that was easy to understand. The communication through out with the office staff was impeccable. Most impressive were the team of tradesmen. They were efficient, prompt, respectful to our house and the neighbourhood. Had a positive experience with Ivy Roofing. Engaged Ivy Roofing to replace lead flashing and install Prestite foam under cut tiles in valleys. Had some concerns with the finished installation so I emailed Michael that night and next morning at 8:30 am he rang to arrange an inspection - at the site meeting he accepted my concerns and made arrangements to have them rectified. The work was carried out to my satisfaction as well as additional works not part of the scope at no further cost. I found Ivy Roofing to have excellent customer service always arrived on time, easy to deal with from office staff to site workers, worksite was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended the company

What an amazing job Ivy Roofing did. We live in North Kellyville NSW 2155. We had multiple roofers - big or small, some dodgy ones coming and inspecting the roofs. We have a big house and that needed someone like Ivy Roofing to come to our rescue. Michael is awesome and so helpful. He personally looked in to this matter and ensured it was done to perfection. Ivy Roofing replaced an aging, leaky pergola. The initial assessment was comprehensive and I was given a range of options to consider, with detailed explanations. The install went without a hitch and the team were very professional. They have also been very responsive to follow up questions. The only downside is that they're busy, so it can take a few weeks for each step of the process. But well worth the wait. Ivy Roofing aren't the cheapest but they certainly did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

This is my 3rd dealing with Ivy Roofing which includes roof repairs and major pergola (5m x 10m) repairs. My experience has been very positive in terms of dealing with administration and the tradesman. The work is outstanding and staff are proud of their works. Polite and dependable.
