REA Solar

I recently had a solar battery system installed by REA Solar, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Guy, the sales representative, was extremely helpful. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and continued to support me even after the installation. His professionalism and knowledge made the process very smooth. Mimi, the installation coordinator, communicated exceptionally well. She sent confirmation emails, called me about any schedule updates, and always made sure the installation time suited me. Her reminders and organisation made everything easy and stress-free. Nick and the REA Solar installation team were outstanding. They arrived on time, discussed all details with me before starting, and made sure they understood my preferences for the battery location and which circuits I wanted backed up. Nick even spent extra time re-wiring my switchboard to match my requirements. They also installed my own supplied bollards at no extra cost. Their workmanship was clean, professional, and high quality. Overall, I am extremely impressed with REA Solar. Great communication, great installation, and a truly customer-focused team. Highly recommended for anyone looking for solar or battery solutions!

I consulted REA Solar regarding a battery installation as they installed our solar panels 12 years ago. Guy was very patient with answering all my questions and offered several options to minimise the outlay. With the introduction of the federal government’s battery rebate program I bit the bullet and decided on 10 extra panels and a 40kWh battery system. Unfortunately the June installation date became August and finally November. The team who installed the extra panels in June were on time and polite. Nick and his team came this week and were just as punctual and pleasant to deal with, even with some hiccups in connecting the system to the internet. We’ve been very happy with REA and recommend getting a quote from them. I tried four companies and Guy was the most knowledgeable of all the salespeople I dealt with.

This is my second REA installation experience. I thought the first installation was on point, however REA have raised the experience to a new level. Going solar is scary for a new customer however all was explained. Any Issues addressed. Installer's were fast but skilled, a pre start conversation with the team leader addressed all my queries & provided additional detail on something I'd not considered. Give them a try & you'll be impressed also.

I have been a REA customer for many years since the installation of my solar panels and have recently also purchased a battery - thanks to Michaels easy explanation of the technology and savings. I couldn't be happier with my system, no longer stress thinking about my next power bill & can readily monitor the system on my phone. Bonus thats it's not an eyesore! Thanks REA.

From first correspondence with Guy. I knew that I was going to be taken great care of. He was very informative and answered all my questions. Nick and Tee were our installers. We got a 40kw battery system installed with REA. Very happy with the whole process, from the first phone call with Guy who stepped us through the process, and an easy install. Shoutout to the great installers as well. The REA app is great and we recently joined up with Amber. Happy customer.

Brett is a weapon! And The whole REA team are fantastic, this is our second property we have had REA installs on and it’s the best! Batteries now installed and on, say hello to massive savings in power! Ask the questions, none are too difficult. I would recommend no one else.
