I recently had a heat pump hot water system installed, and I was emotionally unprepared for how good the whole experience was. The price was so much cheaper than expected I had to double-check the quote in case I was being pranked. Turns out they’re just genuinely excellent value. The quoting process was seamless and so informative I’m now convinced I could deliver a full TED Talk titled "Hot Water Systems: A Love Story." Everything was explained clearly and honestly. No jargon, no guessing, no surprises. And then… there’s Ben. Ben didn’t just show up on time, he arrived with the punctual majesty of a Swiss train schedule wrapped in the enthusiasm of a Labrador seeing its owner come home. Charming, reliable, and a true professional from the moment he stepped foot on the property. If there were a tradie Hall of Fame, this man would be inducted on day one. The installation itself was fast, tidy, and executed with such precision I briefly wondered if I should submit it for some kind of engineering award. The whole experience was so smooth it genuinely felt like the universe was finally cutting me a break. In summary: If you want incredible service, honest pricing, and a team that genuinely cares about doing things right, these are your people. I’ll be recommending them to friends, family, neighbours, colleagues, and probably yelling their name out of my car window at random pedestrians. Hire them. You’ll thank yourself later.

Job was booked with Pure Flow Plumbing for between 8am and 8.30am Tuesday 5 August 2025 and just on 8 the plumber arrived, great young bloke, could not have been more courteous and polite and when the job was finished explained everything that he’d done, cleaned up and off to next job. What an asset to the company. Everything was made so easy from the time I first contacted the office to arrange for the work to be done till it was completed. We will will definitely use Pure Flow Plumbing again for any jobs needing done and will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done. 19/9/25. Needed a plumber fairly urgently as our cistern was leaking, contacted Pure Flow Plumbing again and as easy as that at very short notice the job was done. The same young plumber, Jakson, attended and the same smiling face as the first time we needed work done. Job done and everything explained to me. This is twice now we have needed Pure Flow Plumbing and each time everyone involved could not have been more helpful. Whenever we needed a plumber in the future this is definitely the go to company, have the number on speed dial now.

Had Pure Flow Plumbing install our new Heat Pump Water Heater and wanted to say what a great job they did on the installation. The boys from Pure Flow did an extremely professional job of placing it in the position we wanted it..... which was a bit of a tight squeeze to work in, in my opinion. They got it done in a timely fashion and did a great job of cleaning up after the job was done! They also did 3 tap replacements and replaced our shower head the other week and did a great job on those as well. I highly recommend using Pure Flow Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.... you won't regret using them. Thanks guys.
