Prolec installed two air conditioners in our home. From my initial contact via their website, to chatting over the phone, through to Matt attending site to quote, I found the experience friendly, seamless and very positive. Turnaround times were quite reasonable as was the price. When it came to installation date, I was prompted on the time and date via text. Shane and John arrived, were very helpful and professional, listening to our needs, offering good advice. They did a great job. I highly recommend using Prolec. We will be using them in the future when the need arises.
Have had Matt and his team do a few jobs around my house and my mums, anything from moving/ upgrading my power box to putting in a new air con. Prolec Electrical heating & cooling have been nothing short of amazing. They turn up on time and have even had the owners take time away from a family holiday to answer questions. Would highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking for some work done. Thanks again guy for doing an amazing job and I look forward to coming back anytime need work done.
Just got my new air con installed today by prolec the 2 blokes that came where amazing super friendly and easy to talk to. They took my old unit off the wall and took it away and then installed my new unit in a new place. Looks amazing thanks Prolec a very happy customer.
