Prices are very transparent, clearly listed on the website with detailed product descriptions. When I visited the store, there was no pushy sales talk. Staff answered all my questions with professional and detailed advice. After payment, booking the installation was easy — the installer arrived on time, worked quickly and carefully. Now we’re already enjoying our new chlorinator. Highly recommend!
Helena and Jackson were amazing today, impeccable customer service, solution focused and so warm and friendly. Helena's extensive knowledge is so comforting and you can trust that the information is solid and will be best option to alleviate the issues. It was Jackson's first day today and he picked up immediately on an issue and felt confident to share that and he will be a great asset to the team once he has settled into his role and is exposed to great knowledge from Helena and the team.I highly recommend your go to for all your pool needs. Talk about price gouging, plenty going on here . I purchased 5 litre of liquid lithium from these people as my normal supplier was closed . I normally pay $134-00 from my usual supplier but had to pay $160-00 at Captain Nemo. When i queried the price I was told anything for a spa the price was bumped up here. I would not recommend this Captain Nemo shop at Helensvale.
