⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A huge thank you to Trevor from Magnatech Pool Centre for sorting out the issues with my pool. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the right advice on treating algae, black spot, and cloudiness, as well as replacing my pool light. I followed his recommendations when I got home, and now the pool looks the best it’s been since new! The new multicoloured LED light looks amazing. Highly recommend Trevor and the team at Magnatech Pool Centre!

I had the need for professional advice in regards to pump pressure issues. After consulting a few pool shops Magna Tech pool centre Deception bay was recommended. I contacted them and straight away they asked if I could bring the pump to them.. it was removed already so I took it down to them. As I was explaining the issues I had .. the gentleman on the front counter started pulling it apart. It was only 2 months old but 1 week stay in hospital had the skimmer box choked with leaves and deprived the pump of water and had it run hot which damaged the seal on the pump shaft. He was not confident that what he did would solve my issues so he gave me a loaner pool robot just in case so my pool would not go green while we sort the issue. He is a humble man and his rebuild on the pump worked. I rang him straight back to thank him and arrange to take loaner back. He insisted I hold it over the weekend just in case. He is a genuine person and great at his job. I cannot express how grateful I am at the urgency and regards to customer service and satisfaction . Try this business and I can asure you that you wont need to go anywhere else for pool requirements.. they are at the top of my xmas list.

Picked up a Pool liner repair kit. He gave me fantastic advice on how to do the repair. Really great to talk too about all things pools.

They are so knowledgeable and always friendly and helpful. They are fair and reasonable and after a bad experience at another pool place we were so happy to find them! Can’t speak highly enough of them!

Great customer service. Great products. I go here regularly for my pool testing. Justin and Amanda and the others are awesome. Lots of knowledge and lots of helpful advice. They really know their stuff about pools. This is my first year owning a pool so I've really appreciated the learning experience and these guys made it easy.
