Literally saved me $3,000 by taking the time to test my pump and just replace a faulty cooling fan and capacitor. What more can I say. Seriously, see Darryl first before talking your equipment to any pool shop.
I gave this company a spa pump that was leaking. He said it'll take roughly a couple of weeks to find parts. Weekly phone calls resulted in, "I'm still searching for the seals". After 2 months of waiting, I went to this shop and he tells me he's been too busy and hasn't even touched it. "There's more work involved in spa pumps and he doesn't have the time". 2 months! No consideration for my time, no courtesy call back and lying to me for 2 months! Very unprofessional! Never going back there again!
Darryl is AMAZING. I have had a few pumps fixed for friends of mine. He did them quickly and efficiently. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I use Darryl for all pool equipment problems.
I've known Darryl for more than 20 years, what he doesn't know about pools isn't worth knowing. He recently serviced my pump and gave me some great advice on leak detection and repairs. When it comes to anything to do with pools he is a champion, when it comes to cricket, he was pretty ordinary....
