Thanks heaps Troy, Christa and the whole team. As rookie pool owners, your testing service and expert advice is an amazing help to us, and very much appreciated. We’ve probably taken it a bit for granted as you’re the first and only pool shop we’ve ever been to since our pool went in, but your recommended "top-ups" on various chemicals etc has always been 10/10!! Thank you very much for making pool maintenance such a smooth and easy task for us.

Have only had the pool in for 9 months but won't go anywhere else for both pool water testing and buying what I need for the pool. Always great advice and are just as happy as you when the test comes back and says "you don't need to do/add anything". So when they do tell me I need to add anything, absolute trust that is exactly what the pool requires. Fantastic local family run business.

Hello again pool gear. Someone is telling porkys - we don’t have an answering machine. Time to look in your own backyard! $90 for nothing. Very unimpressed with the lack of service we received today from Alan. Was going to Bunnings to get a timer & returning. Took a sample for testing - no results provided. Didn’t hear back until I rang enquiring if he was coming back today. That was when I was informed there was a quote for a timer. Beware

Pool Gear Burleigh have been my pool shop for over 4 years. Their knowledge and service is excellent. I was recently away and arranged for Pool Gear Burleigh to service my pool every 2 weeks. They were great. Tested and adjusted chemicals as required, cleaned baskets and filter and locked up the property. They emailed a report and pool photos after each service. A worry free service. Highly recommended.

The best pool shop ever! All the staff are so beautiful and helpful. Never pressured to purchase anything. They make it so easy to look after our new pool! We recommend PGA to everyone 🙂
