Great small business. Had our gas hot water replace through there recommendation as new new electric hot water has Wifi smarts that control the heat temperature and heating times. Haven't looked back. Thanks for the great tradesmen like work and professional advice. Also willing to go the extra when required. (Did a couple of tap washers while on site) Will use again. I’ve had a leak for quite sometime on my guttering and tried several plumbing companies who drop their adverts in my mailbox but after trying 5 of them not one answered the phone or returned my call when I left my number on their answering machine. I eventually was recommended to try Goanna plumbing from my first call to the job being completed I could not have asked for better service Justin came out, assessed the job, told me how it could be fixed we agreed a time and true to his word on time, on the day promised and did a fantastic job with a smile he’s a credit to Goanna plumbing and I will definitely ring this company again if ever I or my friends need a great plumbing company I’ve ditched the free magnets that come in the mailbox waste of time

I recently used Goanna plumbing to replace my existing hot water system that was faulty. I had an excellent experience with Jarred and his team. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly and professional. They were able to send someone out the same day to replace my hot water system. They were on time, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Jarred was also able to do the electrical connections which saved getting other tradesmen to our house. I think their pricing was very fair and I would highly recommend Goanna Plumbing for any plumbing needs!
