***** would be 7 if possible I wanted to share a review of ABA Trades so that anyone looking for services can rest assured they are the correct choice. Myself and family had a nightmare experience with a rogue trader, he left our home damaged, and without heating/ aircon for months, this as you can imagine was very stressful and devastating. We were shared a list of names to obtain an independent inspection by the CBS and the first I called was ABA, I guess I was lucky that day. Jacob who took my call was reassuring, calm professional and seemed like nothing was too much to ask, he booked me in with a technician, confirmed the appointment and called me before and again on the day. His service was impeccable. The day of the inspection had arrived and as you can imagine I was worried as to what damage had been caused by the previously attempted install and if could be resolved at all. Shaun attended, reviewed the install, listens to issues and was amazing at putting across his findings, the amazing thing was he did not try to hard sell to me or push products just carried out his inspection. After the report was issued we were so amazed by his professional behaviour and punctuality and general humanity we called Sean to quote for the Job. We were so happy with the options, and price we booked the install for 7 weeks time. The week before the install Sean attended with a couple of his team, they re checked the job and make us feel at ease, this is when we initially meet Brendan, our amazing installer. Brendan has been amazing, his communication skills are out of this world, I was away on business. However, he kept me aware of progress, any decisions that needed to be made, options as the job evolved. He even shared images of the progress. This was like no other service I have received. Oh not forgetting his skills are on point. Can you believe they managed to remove all the incorrectly installed system, install a new aircon system and get all the zones working that the previous installer damaged in just 2 days. This was night and day, nothing was too much and these guys were amazing thank you Brendan, and may thanks also to Michael, Luke and George. The ABA team has such cleanliness which I know some might have concerns with Trae work but they protected the areas, cleaned up too such a standard, I know my wife is a neat freak and she was more than happy. I cannot speak more highly of the ABA Trades team. Honestly if you need any service get these guys in, we are that impressed we have them back to quote more work, this time bathrooms. I will update you again but I’m Sure it will be the same. I cannot recommend ABA Trades highly enough. From the staff members that booked my repair and kept me updated every step of the way. They got someone out to assess the problem quickly, which was no small feat during a heat wave just before Christmas. The technicians were amazing! They were courteous, professional and very caring. My unit is over 25 years old and they sourced the parts as quickly as they could and were back to fix it within 48 hours and even turned up earlier than expected. AAA+ for customer service from start to finish. Thank you to everyone at ABA for all your efforts in getting my air con fixed as quickly and efficiently as they did. Eternally grateful (and cool)

I wish I had these guys in sooner! After so many years, they solved my water pressure issue after multiple companies said they could do nothing. Fixed up a new tap and replaced my pump for the rainwater. The communication, planning and execution of everything I could not fault on, absolutely fantastic experience from a consumer. Daniel whom was out on sight to do the quoting was knowledgeable and not only presented one simple solution but gave you many options and his personal recommendation. Had Jackson and Jordan show up to the property who were fantastic, their craftsmanship is excellent and done in a timely manner. Recommended to my family all ready, and if your thinking of going with them I suggest you do.

Fantastic and fast service. Our evaporative aircon needed a service, however when the tech had a look advised motor overheating and would need replacing, also showed me some photos of our system. After a great friendly chat with the tech, who was very knowledgeable and informative, we decided to replace the system. Three days later three fantastic guys turned up and replaced our system and no mess left. Couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend aba. Thanks for all your hard work especially as it was a very hot day.

Louis is a true asset to your company. He was polite and helpful from when he arrived to look at our air conditioner to when he completed the job. He took photos of the problem and explained clearly what the issue was, his recommendation to fix and the cost of the job. He left to source the required parts and returned promptly to fit them. We would contact you again if needed in the future and recommended your services yo others.

Incredible work done to replace an air conditioner. From the service to the full system install it was only 2 days, and that was in a really busy period too. The two gentlemen that replaced the air conditioner were professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. The technician that came out to service the original air conditioner was very helpful too. Highly recommend.

Awesome people. I recommend going with ABA. Shaun who came out to inspect my air conditioner was great. Helped us get approve for a whole new system as the old was just too expensive to fix. He was very patient as had trouble with my documents. Also they are removing the old and taking it away when installing the new one. Im very appreciative. Thanks ABA. UPDATE: I had the air conditioner installed today (3/12/25)and the two gentleman were great, down to earth. Very efficient, did a good job with a quick and easy process, did not leave any mess behind which I appreciated. Air conditioner is working awesomely. Thanks once again ABA.
