Turned up on time, sorted out the issues, great communication, fair pricing and quality work - you can tell he knows his stuff and I felt comfortable having him in my home! I sent an email at 630 in the morning re having no hot water. I had a reply shortly after saying that Ryan could attend to the job that same day and would contact me when it was possible. 9 am Ryan phoned saying he had a cancellation and could be there at 0930. Hot water fixed by 10! Same day service hasn’t been around for a long time even if we did get lucky with a cancellation! Thanks again
