Went in for a part and honestly i know nothing about plumbing. I thought i had gotten the wrong sized part. But the man there not only confirmed i had the rights size but explained how to replace it on the pipe. He said i may need a bucket full of curse words but thanks to his advice i didnt curse once! Really appreciate the advice and will be going there for all my plumbing needs.
Helpful and friendly guy who goes out of his way,i wanted a few parts for a old out of date unit and was only able to get two parts so was given a idea that GT industrial might help, they did have one that got me out of trouble Thank you Ian we need more people like you
