Refused to even do a quote for a job (toilet replacement and new taps throughout house) as supposedly it takes up too much of their time - very unprofessional. Thankfully got onto another local company who will come out this week and do the quote plus most likely complete job on the same day so definitely wouldn't consider using Millers again!

Pulled apart existing new gas heater told me to get a split system and charged $250 for that advice.
