Heat Pump Boys

Have just had Matt install a new heat pump hot water system at our home, replacing our old electric store that was end of life. From the enquiry through to the install, Matt was very easy to deal with, explaining differences between the different units and rebates available. Install was very smooth, and Matt organised all of the paper work for the rebates. 5 stars and highly recommend. Cheers!

Matt from Heat Pump Boys installed a Reclaim Heat Pump hot water system for me 3 months ago in conjunction with Andy and the team at Reclaim Solar Energy. I was impressed with the organised, efficient way the installation was done, particularly as space constraints meant the compressor could not be placed next to the tank. I am very happy with the heat pump and how it works with the solar array. Even on very overcast, rainy days it only takes 2-3 hours of drawing from the solar array for the heat pump to bring the tank water up to 60 degrees. I highly recommend the Reclaim Heat pump and Heat Pump Boys.

Matt is very friendly and easy to work with. We had a challenging Installation of our heat pump hot water system, due to the nature of our site, and Matt was very happy to do a specific install that suited our needs, as he clearly understood how the system worked. We had a few teething issues in terms of configuring our hot water system, but Matt was extremely patient and resolving any issues until we were satisfied.
