Incredible service from Jamie Fawcett and a good chat! Jamie was so friendly and up for a chat, and understanding of what happened. Was in/on top of the roof moving a network cable from the kitchen to the garage for my internet and accidentally drilled into a power cable, only realised when I closed everything up and had no power to the dining room and kitchen. Jamie was understanding and explained what might have happened, arrived exactly on time, got on the job and got it all fixed up with no issues. Explained a bit about the business and his grandfather starting the business almost 40 years ago, although it was an emergency and I would have had anyone on the job, I'm glad to have found a family business because I love supporting family businesses and will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family and if we have any future issues. Thank you Jamie and the team at Fawcett! Especially (i think) Mark for taking my calls and getting Jamie on-site within an hour or two, excellent service, couldn't be happier.

Troy, the plumber was very helpful, friendly, reliable and fast and efficient. He explained everything thoroughly and straight on clean and flush the drains. He showed us and told us we he did and have us advice how to maintain our drain clean. He was very helpful and have a done great job. Thank you!

Please do not receive services From this company, the coworker Courtney Fawcett is very disrespectful as you can see on facebook so if you know what I know y’all wouldn’t want to do business with these people as long as he is working for them because if he’s saying this to this lady he will go on your social media page and say it to you.
