Nathan was very polite & pleasant to talk to. He answered all of my queries & questions of how & why this issue had occurred. He was very respectful of ourelves & our property. He did a very clean & thorough job in a timely manner. I was very pleasantly surprised with the cost of this job, especially as I had requested it late on a Saturday afternoon. Nathan was true to his word & turned up within the half hour he said he would be from when I called him & charged me exactly what he had quoted over the phone. I would highly recommend Nathan to anyone who wants a plumbing job that will be done well & at an affordable price. Thank you Nathan

Terrible experience! This plumber doesn’t seem knowledgeable but charges exorbitant fees—$90 just for a callout and $190 per hour for labour. Despite this, he gets irritated if you ask questions or need clarification. He throws around jargon only plumbers would understand and expects customers to just go along with it. On top of that, he left a mess that I had to pay someone else to fix. Total rip-off. Avoid at all costs! His bad attitude isn’t just my experience—I found similar complaints in other reviews. His replies to 1-star reviews show how rude and unprofessional he is.

Nathan was superb! He came to my house within 15 minutes after the call and photos were sent to him. Best plumber in Point Cook ever I would say, never had this quick response from the plumbing service before. Will recommend him to anyone who requires an instant fix for their home

Nathan has fixed my solar hot water system in 2 hours from first call. Then a week later have some Issue with the hot water again but he came and fix it up in less than 1 hour and didn't charge me anything for it. Very Very punctual and reliable trade person. I am very happy with his honest and fast service. Highly recommended. Thanks

Had a sort of emergency with toilet tank. Called Nathan and he was quick to respond and attend to the problem.
