I got Drips and Drains number from my Father who highly rated Drips and Drains and I now agree. They were efficient, on time, on the money and the whole horrible affair was taken care of with professionalism and care. From the person who answered the phone to the guys who carried out the works, I Thankyou good job well done.

This company does very shoddy work and does not care about the mess they leave. They came to empty gutters that had been causing water to go into the roof. After saying they didn't need to come inside, I come home later to find a hole in the ceiling. To "cover" the hole they put a plastic cover over it, which was half falling off. Not only that, but there was tons of plaster dust and debris that had fallen into shelving and into small lego parts containers. What a mess to clean up! Had they told me they'd need to work on the inside, I could have put things away, or they could have covered the area and cleaned up after themselves. Also what in the world were they thinking with the ceiling?!? Don't give this company your money. Very poor service.

Efficient, prompt, honest, kind, funny, genuinely good blokes with a proud work ethic, attention to detail and advice what a great business. I just had to make that dreaded call my hot water service isnt working. Drips and Drains were all over it from the minute the "no hot water" emergency call went out. Thank you MARK arriving within the hour and with a smile on your face. Even at the end of your day, not to mention your day was far from over and your were still laughing. Delivery of goods also on time according to schedule. Thank you. Sorry I forgot your name ? The install yesterday with TIM again thank you. The pride in your workmaship and care of the products you were installing, all whilst you helped us save our resident family spotted geckos residing behind our water heater laughing at the madness in the rain, to the clean up of every nut, bolt and bit of rubbish removed, so our resident Labrador had nothing to inhale or chew after you were gone. Drips and Drains geniuely provided fast efficient service, It goes to show their workers are happy so their doing something right, it must be a great place to work too, as TIM announced it was the best place he has ever worked as he was leaving the site. Stew attended quickly and fixed the issue we were having with our toilet cistern. He then listened to my concerns around the guttering of the building, taking the time to look into the issue and send a quote through to rectify the issues. Can not recommend Stew highly enough - polite and respectful throughout every interaction.

I discovered that my hot water cylinder had blown its top (quite literally) just into the after hours period on a Friday night. Drips and drains answered the phone promptly and attended to shut it off for the night and measure up for a replacement. The staff sent a text the following day with an ETA for replacement and had it all done in good time - around midday, giving plenty of time for the replacement unit to heat up in time to shower and bath kids in the evening. I highly commend the company and its staff on efficiency, communication and reliability. I am most appreciative of their service on a cold and wet weekend.. 10/10 service

Huge shout out to Stew from Drips and Drains Plumbing. On a recent trip to Canberra, we had a burst pipe which led to flooding inside. He arrived in Dickson 10 minutes after the call, and was polite and efficient. Would give more stars if there were more to give.
