Sydney Emergency Plumbing are thoroughly professional in all they do... They are skilled, polite and always attentive to the needs of the customer and the demands of the task. I was extremely grateful that they solved my plumbing problem on a public holiday. Everything was fixed with great expertise and good humour.

Brandon and Warren from Sydney Emergency Plumbing could not have been more fantastic. They came within a few hours, were very generous with their time and expertise and waited around to speak to our Building Manager in person to resolve the issue. They were professional, friendly (they even patted our dogs) and suggested a number of solutions to our plumbing issues. I could not recommend them more highly. A wonderful service.

I’ve used the services of Sydney Emergency Plumbing (SEP) three times in the last month for urgent repairs; leaking roof, toilet flushing issues and a leaking bathroom. On all three occasions Dave and Travis arrived within a couple of hours of my call to Deanne to assess the problem and fixed it on the spot when they could. If they need to order parts or if the job is too big - they provide a competitive quote and a realistic timeline. The team take pride in their work and Dave and Travis have are not just great at their job they are also nice blokes. The tilers they recommended for our bathroom, James and Bond were also awesome. Importantly, they are upfront an honest about costs and the amount of work needed - they will not take work on unless they know they can fix it 100%, so you can be sure that they won’t just take a ‘she’ll be right attitude’. I highly recommend SEP for your plumbing needs and although I don’t know if they are the cheapest plumbers out there, they definitely offer great value. Hopefully, it will be a while before I call them again, but they will definitely be getting a Christmas card and are on my speed dial. Thanks SEP team!

Their service is excellent, we had a massive leak from the toilet on a Saturday morning, I called and they answered very quickly, Luke was the plumber who assisted us on the phone and attended the issue on site. He came in around an hour, he is very friendly and professional, he was able to diagnose the problem promptly, and explained the causes of the leak very clearly, he provided a few options and helped us decide the most cost effective fix. The problem was fixed within half hour. Luke was very patient in answering all the questions we asked, cost was reasonable. We are so glad to have had Luke, you deserve a pay raise for your fantastic service and professionalism. Thank you so much!

I wanted to pass on my thanks to Dave and the team. They were all very professional, punctual and very patient with me asking my 101 questions. The team has been here for a week and have done an amazing job and I just wanted to say thanks again. It is a pleasure to deal with such professional tradies!

After receiving an obscene quote from what I now understand to be a less than reputable plumber, I found Sydney Emergency Plumbing after a quick google and contacted them after hours for an urgently needed second opinion and advice. I am so glad I did!! Dave came out first thing the next morning on the Saturday and did a thorough inspection of the issue and gave us a significantly more reasonable quote. Dave and his team were here first thing Monday morning to replace the damaged pipe going into the sewer line. They were professional, did quality work and have left everything neat and tidy. They have made an extremely stressful situation considerably less so. I would have no hesitation in employing their services again in the future. Thank you to Dave and team.
