I would like to say a big thank you to all the team at Templestowe heating and cooling. From advice from Boris to what type of units to install and best location in my home. Josh and his team did a fantastic job of installing three split system air conditioners over my two storey split level home. I knew it would not be an easy job. But the quality of work, and professionalism shown was great. Job was installed early than expected ( great before Christmas and the hot weather) They even cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Templestowe heating and cooling.

We had a fantastic experience with Templestowe Heating & Cooling, who installed a new air conditioning and heating solution for us 12 months ago. After our central heating failed (after 20 reliable years), we had five different companies come out. All of them proposed solutions that were completely inappropriate for our home. TH&C was the only one who actually took the time to properly assess the house and design a system that would genuinely work. The unit they installed has now carried us through a full cycle of summer–winter, and it has performed flawlessly. Instead of putting a bulky, unattractive reverse-cycle unit on the wall and a large outdoor unit in our entertainment area, they installed a discreet system with a grille that blends into our décor. The heating output has been exceptional—strong enough to warm not only our downstairs area, but also the upstairs, with heat naturally rising via the staircase. We no longer needed to repair or replace the old central heating at all. The installation itself was first-class. They removed the old unit, took away all the rubbish, vacuumed leaving everything spotless. The quality of workmanship was noticeably superior. After struggling to find someone competent, we contacted the manufacturer directly and were given three recommended installers TH&C was one of them, and we’re very glad we chose them. Would we use them again? Absolutely—and we just have. When the reverse-cycle unit in our master bedroom failed a few weeks ago, we engaged them again. They diagnosed the problem, provided a fair quote, installed the replacement efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, and once again delivered excellent work. The new installation is a vast improvement. We’re extremely happy with both installations and have already recommended them to friends and colleagues. A genuinely professional, reliable, and customer-focused company. Highly recommended.

Can't recommend highly enough. Boris is reliable, professional and courteous. Josh and the boys were amazing with installation and worked well past knock off to ensure the job was done. I was told my split system definitely couldn't go above a window - no problem for these guys, my splittie is exactly where i wanted it! Awesome job and many thanks.

Seriously a Professional company that can’t afford to pay $50 for registration on there company trailer ‍♂️. The worst thing was that driving through the Ringwood Eastlink Tunnel, behind them , they didn’t even have the lights on the trailer connected . NO REGO NO LIGHTS Dangerous driving & if I’d run into the back of them , I’m at fault pick ya game up & don’t put other drivers in Danger ⛔️

A very honest operator. They could have easily come out and charged us a call out fee, but instead were able to diagnose the issue with our ducted heating over the phone, and found a cheaper and more practical solution. I know who we'll be calling in the future.

Josh and his team were extremely professional, friendly, and costumer oriented. We wanted underfloor ducted in the older section of our house. Josh was the only guy who agreed to do what we wanted out of 10 to 12 companies that we contacted, and they delivered a fantastic system. He was always on time and delivered the system on schedule without any variations at the end. I can not recommend them high enough.
