Great experience! Office staff were pleasant to deal with upfront about costing and timeframes. Ash arrived on time and his work was great. He worked quickly to resolve the issue and workmanship was top notch. I will be reaching out them again for additional work I would like done. Would highly recommend them.

Theo did a fantastic job replacing the hotwater tank at my business. Job was professionally done and clean up after was done too. He even stayed back after the install to make sure the tank was 100% working. Shout out to the team at expert plumbing for making this experience seamless and easy!

Absolutely fantastic service! Highly recommend. I needed help in swapping the hot water line to the cold water line for a new dishwasher installation. They responded quickly, arrived on time and Jackson was extremely professional, courteous and diagnosed and fixed the problem fast. Will definitely call them again for any future needs.

I had Jackson come and do a general plumbing review to provide us with a general report on our plumbing status and suggestions on what we could do. He was a wonderful gentleman! Very polite and very thorough. He took the time to explain what he would be submitting in the report and why and ensured I understood. Great experience and would definitely recommend.

Great service from expert plumbing, had the pleasure of Ash coming out to help investigate and replace our hot water system. Took 4 hours to replace in a tight unit location, Ash kept us up to date throughout the process, friendly, helpful, put everything back and cleaned up after the job!!! Yay hot showers again!

My experience with Expert plumbing was brilliant! Everything was organised quickly and efficiently online, and Jackson who came out to do the work was excellent! Super knowledgeable, explained what was broken and what he would do to fix it, got it done in good time and was a joy to chat with! He even gave me tips on plumbing tape and rubber stoppers! For a super early plumbing job on a Friday morning, this was an awesome time!

5 stars the whole way. I’m located just past the serviceable areas listed, but I was scheduled in, and I was so grateful. My appointment was even brought forward a week, due to an opening. Ash arrived on time, and he was so friendly. I haven’t always had great experiences with tradies, but Expert Plumbing were amazing. I will use them in the future for sure.
