Czendra responds to requests and queries promptly, providing dates for works. If circumstances alter schedules Czendra will quickly advise of any change in plans and is always looking to bring works forward.

The team at ProRec came out to clear a blocked sink and inspect a section of our roof that was leaking. They turned up on time, were extremely professional and did a great job. Elliot is also an absolute legend and was fantastic with our 2 dogs. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, if anyone needs any plumbing work done, give them a call!

Really pleased with my experience with ProRec with fixing my leaky showerhead installation. Their team were super responsive with all communication, often responding within minutes but at most half an hour to all emails I sent. They also followed up with recommended products for me when I was considering a bidet installation, to try and find the best fit for my toilet. The two plumbers who came in were friendly and efficient, getting everything installed and fixed up for me and then explaining what they had done clearly.

Elliot came to help me fix leaky downpipe from the original builder. they did an efficient and clean job. Sick tatts too, unfortunately didnt take photos of the tats.

I engaged this plumbing company to address the breakdown of a small sump pump in my home cellar. While I understand there is a call-out fee, charging over $300 just to confirm the pump was broken seems excessive. The call-out included an hour of labour, yet the plumber spent roughly 20 minutes inspecting the pump and another 20 minutes with an apprentice draining the pit—something I had already been doing myself. After that, the plumber said he needed to send me a quote, and once I approved it, they would book another visit. The quote didn’t arrive until I chased it up. When I requested a breakdown of the price, I learned: Pump: $652 (I accept a 10% builder’s margin as fair) Delivery: $80 Removal: $120 (even though the old pump could have fit in my rubbish bin) Labour: $570 The most concerning charge was the labour. I estimate the total time to diagnose the issue and install a new pump would be about 90 minutes and could have been completed in one visit by one person. Instead, they sent two plumbers on 2 visits—one clearly an apprentice whose main role was holding a torch. This resulted in approximately $720 of labour for 90 minutes of work, plus unnecessary add-ons, bringing the total bill to over $1,900. That’s outrageous and then the pump failed after only a few days! The plumber came back and got the pump working again but did not solve the cause so it broke yet again- a friend, who is not a plumber, fortunately was able to sort out the problem. In summary- charged for 2 visits instead of one, charged for 2 plumbers rather than one, and the probelm was not resolved. .

Punctual, capable, and trustworthy people. Fixed the leak and found the issue with the other down pipe as well. Good communication maintained since the first call to engage their service. Many other company need to learn from them. This is a company with true OZ spirit. Will have more jobs for them down the track!
