Flick Pest Control Darwin

I had a terrible experience with Flicks. I had multiple calls with their secretary "Sarah" and never actually had a secured booking, 24 hours before I was mandated to put through a payment to secure the booking and no one showed. She called me several times during the week and took 20 mins to take down my details and name. She kept mistaking the inspection that I wanted and wasted my time for 4 days. After multiple calls, I still didn’t get what I wanted which was a terminate inspection. I’d recommend Quack or Arafura. 100% better

I was talked into Flick’s "Gold Class" subscription and it’s been a complete waste of money. We have rats in the shed and, despite all their systems, they’ve never detected or flagged a thing. The office side is a mess. I’ve updated my details multiple times and they still keep calling the wrong person. It feels like there’s no proper system or follow-through. To be fair, the technicians who’ve come out have been polite and friendly, but friendliness doesn’t fix a rat problem. For what I’ve paid, I expected results and basic admin competence. Instead, I’ve got ongoing pests and endless admin headaches. Total rip-off. Would not recommend.

Flick Pest Controls Accounts and Payment System is probably one of the most screwed up system in Australia. They collected and debited $580 from my card over the phone upon booking with payment evidence on my card statement. 5 months later, they are still sending their collection team to collect this amount. This is after I have told them that I have paid. If they could not manage their accounts and client’s payment, they should seriously shut down their business. I would not pay them until they have proven that they have an effective and working payment system that works!

The technician who first visited us, did not do his job, I was worried that I have made a mistake signing up. Perhaps, in the second visit "Octa" - your expert technician arrived, inspected our house, his attention to detail was top notch. He investigated the issue and took all necessary measures to resolve. His communication, subject knowledge, integrity are simply outstanding. He is an asset to your organisation, his service has won our trust towards your services. He set your company’s bar high. Thank you Octa and Flick.

I had a pest control appointment with Flick, and Sam, the technician who handled the service, did an excellent job. His customer service skills went beyond just the technical work—he explained everything clearly, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to address all my concerns. He was also cooperative and ensured the job was done thoroughly. Great work, Sam! Keep it up. Highly recommend Flick for pest control services.

Robyn and the other receptionist are amazing, kind, and very good at their jobs. They're very knowledgeable and understanding. The technician that attended the site was also very kind and good at his job. Will be booking them again for a follow up.

I was very impressed with the inspection and treatment provided by Kris today. He was extremely helpful and obviously knows his stuff. I have only had one bad dealing with the company 12 months ago after a number of happy years with Flick Darwin. I am glad I stayed with the company as Kris is a delightful, polite and competent young man.
