So thankful for Ben! After finding live termites! I initially called another pest control company, only to be told there was a 1-week wait and I had to lock in the appointment via credit card within next 30min or I would lose the appointment Called Ben instead and he arrived that day and commenced treatment straight away, as well as preventative approaches so they don’t come back. Ben has been so thorough and informative throughout. So thankful he got there when he did!

He is punctual, polite, professional and up-to-date with the latest solutions available. He communicates well regarding planned visits and results are sent via detailed reports. I am very pleased that I have Ben monitoring my property.

Ben arrived promptly and identified the noises in my roof space. He gave me the number of someone who can legally deal with the problem and baited for mice and rats up there too. I was impressed by his professional attitude and friendliness and his willingness to give advice in an area that he could not legally deal with. He left my house as he had found it, no mess for me to clean up, and I'd definitely call him again.

Absolutely brilliant!! We have had Ben come twice now (once for roof rat/mice baiting and once for creepy crawler spraying). The rats/mice have completely gone, something we have not been able to achieve ourselves previously!! The spraying was today but I have no doubt in it at all!! Not only has Ben completed a thorough job both times but he is also respectful, courteous, timely and always happy to work around your needs. Money is a big issue for all of us right now, Ben's prices are much more reasonable than the other companies here He is also very knowledgeable which made things so much easier for us. We wont be going to anyone else from now on!!
