Absolutely excellent service from Mark. He was very helpful and reassuring, and went through all the steps I could take to keep my house safe from pests in the future. He was also extremely thorough. And very generous, gave me some baits to use to keep an eye to see if the pests came back. Cannot fault this company for service, quality, and professionalism. Veronica in the office is fantastic to deal with, very friendly and efficient. Their payment system is extremely easy to use as well, which makes the bill really quick to fix up. Prices are very reasonable, especially with how above and beyond all the staff go.

My goodness, was I happy to see Mark at 7.30am last Saturday morning? I’m putting my rental property back together and discovered cockroaches and rats, Lordy Lordy! He was on time, very knowledgeable and has fixed the problem. He will also be back next week to make sure all the nasty critters are gone. I can highly recommend this business.
