Sam did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and personable, and he took the time to explain each step of the process so we knew exactly what to expect. I showed him videos of our issues and he was able to recognise the requirements immediately. I called the company at the last minute to clear a final inspection from a real estate agency. Mac was very accommodating as I had used the company previously. Whilst I am in the east I wasn’t happy with the prices I had received quotes for - noting there had only been a few cockroaches found in the dishwasher. Sam attended the next day. Second year with Mac and his team’s help with our home. Prices are affordable and fair. They use safe products so good around pets and children, we could stay in the home while they sprayed, there was no smell. Great service! Sam was fantastic, really took the time to listen to our concerns and answer all our questions. It’s been 3 days since the treatment and there are no more spiders in my bedroom, plus we’re already seeing dead bugs in the yard. Would definitely recommend!

We rang around and had a few pest control ‘experts’ come out and assess our old termite issue. Mac was the 4th assessment we had and you could tell immediately this guy knew what he was doing. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and non scammy/salesy. He has an awesome nature about him and was very easy to talk to. Also very reasonably priced. Mac provided us with a termite chemical barrier and he was on our property from 11am until 7.30pm last Friday making sure everything was right. He dug trenches around all our piers and the perimeter of our house. He also drilled holes every 20cm on the concrete sections to inject the termidor poison. He took a lot of pride in his work and I would strongly recommend him to anybody with a termite problem. Thanks Mac!
