Jackson Miller came out for our annual inspection after a couple years back using the old company Guardian after the little munchers attacked our home at great cost. Jackson was very thorough, down to earth, easy to speak to young man. I highly recommend using Jackson Miller on the Mornington Peninsula.

Unreasonably expensive, $400 for a guy to walk around my house and knock on wood for 10 minutes. That was last year, now they want to come and do another knock around and pump pesticide for a total of $1200. My wife has 5 messages in her voicemail threatening us that we will lose our warranty if we cant pay. Stick your warranty where the sun dont shine. Absolutely criminal

Definitely no longer my go to company. Guardian has been taken I over by Flick who now charge a $250 call out fee (I was not made aware of this), I was told the treatment would be $475 on the phone (it was $500 + call out) and when asked if they could update my billing details for when they send me the invoice this couldn’t be done and I was then told no you need to pay now on the spot. I was also not made aware of this either as this never was their process. Guardian used to be such an amazing company, Flick are not.

I used Guardian twice in one week - once for wasp extermination in the wall near our front door, and again for a pest/termite inspection of a new property we're buying. Both times they were very timely with great communication, highly professional and thorough. Good value too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use again.

Fast service, kind and friendly staff who go above and beyond. We were explained all our options and we got to make an informed choice before going ahead with the rodent control whilst having pets in the home we need to keep safe. Very happy customer

Great company and always pleasant and accommodating. Had a terrible smell in house after coming from weekend away. They were due to come tomorrow but after explaining how bad the smell was they said they would send someone today. Magnus came and we were able to sort something out. We have always had great service from Warren prior to and I would highly recommend them. Prices are reasonable and service is always with a smile. They go over and above what you would expect.
