Fantastic product. I’ve seen Pest Free for a while and decided the only way I will know if it really does work is try it. I went with their PRO model, and in the beginning I got more rodents and other pests. Calling the company they said this can happen in the first week or two as it stirs up my unwanted visitors and drives them out. Well it certainly did that. But then I saw a significant decrease in numbers, and after going through 2 summers and 2 winters, I can say Pest Free is the best thing I ever bought for my home. In the summer time any odd cockroach that finds its way in and decides to try and stay, they are that slow and lethargic you can walk up and catch them. Not their usual fast self. But I’m lucky to see maybe 1 or 2 a month during the summer whereas before it was more than a dozen every night because of the area we live. Rats in the ceiling? What rats? Gone, gone, and gone! Although several weeks ago I heard something in the ceiling for the first time in almost 2yrs. After about 1hr it was gone. Came back around the same time the following night, and again after about 1hr it was gone again. Hasn’t been back since. Well done on a truly magnificent product Pest Free and for keeping my house pesticide free. Thank you!

Unfortunately this product seems to be a real hit and miss. I purchased a few of these over the years (I just kept trying, not certain why) and 2 of them worked well and 2 of them didn’t work at all. My most recent purchase of this (for my home) I purchased start of Jan 2024 and it hasn’t worked for a second. Light flashes and it look all normal but rats are still there, they never left. Maybe some of these products have a really weak signal? But what is very concerning for me is that they get quite hot. You can feel them get really hot and it makes me nervous. I’m switching to try another brand as it doesn’t feel safe for me anymore.

Unfortunately this product does not work as advertised. I still have mice in my walls 3 weeks after installing. The mice never left.
