After speaking with a couple of pest inspection companies for a pre-purchase pest inspection, I came across Pest King. Not only much more reasonably priced, but very pleasant and friendly to deal with. With minimal notice they had booked me and completed the inspection within a couple of days. When Shaun came out, he took the time to explain everything, and was very helpful. Couldn't recommend Pest King more.
