Ryan did a pest inspection on a house I ended up buying. He was very thorough and took me around after he was finished to make sure I knew about and understood his findings. He was able to find signs of termites which I was able to have the owner remedy before settlement. This ended up saving me not only thousands of dollars, but time and stress down the road.
