I cannot tell you how beyond thrilled I am with Matt's work. He is a *miracle worker* and saved me a notable amount of money. I am vacating a rental and on moving out discovered a very significant stain I wasn't aware of (believed to be pet urine which is very difficult to get out). One cleaning company said they couldn't tackle it and the property manager was talking about me having to fully replace the carpet. I've been extremely stressed as a result. Matt was confident but also very honest (in that there's never any guarantees). I really wasn't sure what to expect - at best I hoped for less pronounced staining but Matt *completely restored the carpet* which is just phenomenal. I'll happily use him for all carpeting needs moving forward and will recommend him to anyone who will listen! Thank you so much Matt!!
