I rang at least a half a dozen times over a 4 week period chasing a particular retaining clip. The gent advised me that he was waiting on the clips from head office. He didn't know when they would arrive and advised all I could do is keep ringing back to see if they had arrived. At no stage did he ever ask to take my details and call me when they arrived or even let me pay for them up collect them upon arrival. Today I called and was advised by the same gent that the stock did in fact arrive but they have sold out already and that he doesn't know when the next lot of stock is due to arrive. Dismal service. I am trying to purchase this item to do a job for my own client who is in turn let down due to this company's lack of caring and service.

Very easy to deal with. Needed a roll of bird proofing mesh to keep the pigeons from building nests under our solar panels. All done in a few minutes over the phone......couple of days for delivery.
