We hired Brad to paint our investment property in Launceston and he did a great job, the house looks exceptional. As we were interstate we needed a painter who would also project manage the job beyond just the painting. Brad managed everything very well, communicating with us about such as clearing trees and shrubs for the scaffolding, cracked windows that needed fixing before he could paint, and weatherboards in need of repair. And he was great with the tenants as we rented without a landlord. Good communication and management is as important as the work itself when it comes to building maintenance or renovation in my opinion. I highly recommend Mckay Painting services.
Brad is friendly, professional and reliable. He did an excellent job stripping, repairing and painting my water-damaged wallpapered hallway. He gave me fair warning about the risks of the job beforehand and over-quoted to ensure all outcomes were covered, then passed the savings on to me once the job was done. He and his team did a fair cleanup afterwards too. I wish all contractors were like Brad. I can't recommend him enough!
