Have used James’ JMS painting team to paint both inside and out of our 5 bedroom house. He leads a top painting crew who are thorough and meticulous with detail, taking great care with furniture, covering carpets and ensuring a high quality finish. Would thoroughly recommend his services which are very reasonably priced but most important for me was the quality of workmanship, reliability and professional work team who I felt very safe with in our home for the week.

I had an awful experience with this company due to the receptionist. I called to confirm a booking, only to find out that multiple businesses are operating under the same name. The receptionist was incredibly rude and abrupt, and she actually hung up on me. After that, she called back, yelling at my receptionist and then got transferred to me. She proceeded to verbally abuse me, accusing me of not saying "thank you" and claiming I hung up on her, when it was actually she who ended the call. I was polite the entire time, yet she was unreasonably aggressive and hostile. This woman was extremely unprofessional, and the whole interaction left me confused and upset. If I could rate this company zero stars, I absolutely would. Be sure to double-check which company you're calling, so you don't end up dealing with this rude receptionist!
