Their workmanship is consistently high-quality, and on the rare occasion that touch-ups are needed, they’re handled promptly and without issue. They postponed twice and ended up cancelling on me on the day they are supposed to come. Very poor communication from this company. I had to call/email them just to contact me and get an update. Not professional and very disappointing Edit after the response - the fact that i had to call this company multiple times just to be booked in because they left me on "will schedule your job asap" for more than a week BEFORE all the flooding happened is ridiculous. They knew when my project was to be done by, yet failed to tell me that they wouldn't be able to do it til my last day. They finally emailed me AFTER I called in the morning which ,of course, was not answered. I called a few painters in Townsville afterwards. They were able to tell me that they were all booked out for weeks, so that I could try to find someone else. I understand the flooding affected everyone but they should have been able to tell me a lot sooner that they can't complete my project.

They were very reliable. Service turned up every day at the time expected and we’re easy to talk to about any concerns.
