The experience we received from owner Michael and his staff, at Dee Why Smash Repairs, was far beyond the bounds of a regular business. While our Mazda 3 was in the workshop to be spray painted, we were hit by a sudden personal family tragedy and had to leave Australia the following day. After informing Micheal of the situation, he expressed the most respectful and calming words and told us not to worry about the car. He said the work will be done while we are away and the car would be stored safely until we returned to Australia. I want to sincerely thank you Micheal. Your kindness is overwhelming, your business conduct is first class. You are so friendly and respectful. The spray painting quality from your business is exceptional and better than new. Your prices are certainly fair and reasonable. It will be a sad time for the industry and the customers, come the day you choose to retire. People like you are a treasure. I would like to thank Michael and John for their incredible service. They were very professional and quick with all aspects of the process. I would highly recommend.

They have done two jobs for me so far, the first pic was a small job, I went and had a quick chat with the guys, the very next day, I drove the car in, one hour later, the job was done. It’s the closest to a walk-in that I’ve experienced around Sydney. The second job was a major insurance work, they basically had to fix a third of the whole van which was hit by a 10 wheeler from the back. They do good work!

Michael is on top of his game. 41 years in the industry and loves to share his knowledge and wisdom in both car repairs and in life. John is delightful to talk with and everyone doing top quality work and service. They were able to spot hidden damages behind the headlight which the previous smash repair shop failed to spot. They were transparent with the costs and the overall process. Will definitely come by some time to catch up.

This is the ONLY place to get your car fixed. Mike and his team do an outstanding job. They made my insurance claim so easy and work done in very good time. Can't recommend enough !

Hard to find someone who is both honest and true to his word in such a business! kudos to Mike and his team for quoting a competitive price, faultless job and having the car ready for me on time.
